The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, in partnership with the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Geneva, is pleased to invite you to attend the first seminar in the "Fikr" series. This series aims to foster dialogue within society and academic circles by bridging the gap between decision-makers, experts, academics, and students interested in intellectual, scientific, and current affairs from all perspectives.

Joining us for this important event is Swiss researcher Mr. Patrick Haenni, who has worked in northern Syria in recent years. He will share his in-depth knowledge of the dynamics at play, particularly in northern Syria.

The seminar will also feature a distinguished group of experts specializing in Syrian, Russian, Turkish, and Iranian affairs:

•⁠  ⁠Dr. Marwan Kabalan, Director of Policy Studies at the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies

•⁠  ⁠Dr. Ahmad Oysal, Director of Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center in Doha

•⁠  ⁠Mr. Ahmad Mahidi, Advisor at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue

The seminar will be moderated by Ms. Meriem Belalia, News Anchor at Al Jazeera.
