“Moulded Moments” A Clay & Mindfulness Workshop
This exclusive workshop invites Qatar Creates Members to slow down, disconnect from the pace of everyday life and reconnect through the therapeutic art of clay.
Guided by a Ceramicist, participants will explore the process of hand-building with clay, an activity known to promote relaxation, focus and overall wellbeing. As they shape and mould their own ceramic piece, participants will discover the cultural significance of clay, while enjoying a creative and restorative experience.
Each participant will leave with their very own handcrafted keepsake and a renewed connection to the calming, restorative benefits of creating with their hands.
